Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure the website, including:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser, device, and operating-system information
• Pages visited, referring page, and time of access
• A short-lived session identifier

c) Information you send us

If you contact us, we process the information in your message and the contact details you provide so that we can respond.

7. The Future Veyta Platform

Veyta is developing AI-powered fashion search and outfit-planning features. Those features are not currently available on this website, and the waitlist email is not used to train an AI model. Before launching features that collect additional information, we will provide an updated privacy notice and any choices required by law.

8. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the waitlist:

• Lovable Cloud – website hosting, deployment, managed database infrastructure, access controls, email delivery infrastructure, and limited website measurement. Lovable Cloud uses Supabase's open-source technology to provide database services.
• Google Workspace – business email and communications.
• Cloudflare – network security and checking whether an email domain can receive mail.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

9. Brands and Affiliate Relationships

The current waitlist does not participate in affiliate programmes, track retailer clicks for commission, or share waitlist information with fashion brands. We will update this policy and provide the required disclosures before any affiliate activity begins.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Hosting and security infrastructure may set short-lived cookies or session identifiers to protect and measure the waitlist website. The current site does not use advertising or affiliate-tracking cookies, and Veyta does not use this information for personalised advertising. You may object to website measurement by contacting us.

11. Data Retention

We apply the following retention criteria:

• We keep active waitlist information while Veyta is preparing and completing its early-access and launch communications, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. We review the waitlist at least annually and delete information no longer needed.
• Delivery logs and unsubscribe tokens are kept only as long as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, security, and compliance.
• After an unsubscribe, we keep the minimum suppression record needed to ensure that we do not add the address back to the list.
