Waitlist Terms

1. Introduction
These terms govern the current Veyta waitlist website. The full Veyta platform is still under development and is not currently offered through this website.
2. About Veyta
Veyta is being developed as an AI-powered fashion search and outfit-planning platform. The current website only allows people to join a waitlist for confirmation, early-access information, and launch announcements. It does not currently sell products, provide live product recommendations, or operate as an affiliate service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the email address you provide belongs to you or you are authorised to use it.
4. Joining the Waitlist
You agree to provide a valid email address and not use automated, deceptive, or abusive methods to submit the form. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on a particular date, create a paid subscription, or require you to use the future platform.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
We use the email address you submit only for confirmation, early-access information, and Veyta launch announcements. You can withdraw at any time using an unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Our Privacy Policy explains the processing in more detail.
6. No Current Affiliate Relationships
The waitlist website is not currently affiliated with fashion brands or retailers and does not earn commission from product links. If affiliate relationships are introduced for the future platform, we will update these terms and clearly identify relevant commercial content before it becomes active.
7. Third-Party Websites
The waitlist may link to external services such as the Information Commissioner's Office. External sites have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Veyta name, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or distribute them without permission, except where the law allows.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The waitlist website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the future platform will launch on a particular date or that every person on the waitlist will receive early access. Features described as under development may change.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the free waitlist website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Changes to the Platform
We may change, suspend, or close the waitlist, or change the planned platform, where reasonably necessary. We will handle waitlist information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be brought to your attention where reasonably appropriate. The date above shows when these terms were last updated.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
